Following the decree of the Leader of the Islamic Revolution:

Reappointment of Hujjat al-Islam wal-Muslimeen Ejei as Head of the Judiciary

Imam Sayyid Mojtaba Khamenei, the Leader of the Islamic Revolution, has issued a decree reappointing Hujjat al-Islam wal-Muslimin Mohseni Eje'i to be the Head of the Judiciary. The text of his decree is as follows:

In the Name of God, the Compassionate, the Merciful

Your Eminence, Hujjat al-Islam wal-Muslimeen Mr. Mohseni Ejei, may your success continue,

With due appreciation of your valuable, sincere efforts, and in accordance with Article 157 of the Constitution, I hereby appoint you as the Head of the Judiciary.
The comprehensive expectations laid out by our martyred Leader (may God elevate his noble station), along with the points I raised in my message of June 28, 2026, provide the framework for the transformation, growth, and realization of a Judiciary as it should be.

I am hopeful that with the renewed dedication of you, the esteemed judges, and your respected colleagues in the Judiciary, along with the prayers of our Master (may God hasten his noble reappearance), the great Iranian nation will benefit from the fruits of these endeavors.
